    • Led end-to-end design of the Bakkt Custody web application in close partnership with product and engineering, delivering a scalable, intuitive UI for institutional asset management.
    • Built and maintained a reusable MUI-based design system and style guide, which reduced friction between design and development and sped up feature delivery.
    • Set up a design QA process with engineering, which improved visual consistency and cut post-release design defects.
